When I look back to when my heart used to drop, and my stomach would tighten. I would step into little pockets of comfort on a yoga mat or maybe the corner of my bed or a random chair. I would follow the breath. The breath inside that tells me what to bring into my physique. It just so happens that more and more I have to do something else. Other than starting my day with a quick morning fulll of a cup of joy. In a honey and lemon tea, or a black coffee. Just so I can sit still for a moment and breathe. This is what happens to settle down the energy before the work that leads the world begins to come and get me. I'm writing this to you today because I have actually noticed a difference in my breathing. Either I took too many breaths throughout my life, or I didn't have the time to. So greet yourself this morning with positive energy, no matter what's going on around you. Keep your breath in a composition of warmth and a feeling of comfort as much as you can. These are the letters that I wrote to myself that I would recommend.
